Hey everyone,

 This is a quick couple of videos about Wudang Supreme 7 Star Qigong.  This is just a quick one-off for a couple of people at the Tao Bums.

This type of Qigong was created by a Taoist named Kunyang Zi during the end of the Ming dynasty.

The practitioner who I was originally going to show you is an elderly man who actually lives in a cave here at Wudang, but because of lighting issues, we invited his son over to the house to film a bit about it.
